WATERPROOF COLLECTION

6 months warranty

Our water-resistant jewelry comes with a 6-month warranty. This period starts after you have made your purchase in-store or received your order. This warranty will apply as long as all the care we recommend is followed and the piece does not show any damage from impact or fall at any time. This warranty does not apply to discounted items or pieces purchased before September 1, 2022. 


Malandra guarantees you for 6 months:

  • The golden color of your piece means that it will not lose its color or fade. The accessories may show changes in their shine or tone due to normal wear and use of the piece, but their golden color will remain.

  • Water and neutral soap resistance.


What is not covered by the warranty?

  • Scratches from use

  • Dents from falls or blows

  • Change of color or stains due to abrasive or chemical liquids.

  • Loss of the piece

  • Wear from daily use of the piece


You can validate your warranty at all our branches or website.


To generate a warranty request for your parts, send an email to customers@malandra.mx with the following information:

  • Email subject: "Water Proof Collection Warranty - your full name - order or ticket number"

  • Provide a contact phone number

  • Attach your proof of purchase

  • Describe the situation or what defects you found in the accessory or accessories.

  • Attach photographs as evidence highlighting the relevant details. 


*Note: the email and its attachments must not exceed 10MB.

If the request is approved, we will replace the damaged accessory. Remember that you will be able to:


1. Receive your replacement with no additional shipping cost by making a new purchase.

2. Or run with the cost of a guide to get your accessory replacement to you.

3. Receive a credit balance in case the model in question is not available for replacement.

The use that each user gives to the products is their responsibility.

To apply for the warranty, it is essential to be registered or present a gift or purchase ticket. 

TIP MALANDRA:
