In case your order does not arrive at the registered address, you should contact the courier that is providing the service.
In the event that the shipping company asks you to contact the supplier (in this case MALANDRA JEWELRY), you should send us an email to customers@malandra.mx to assist you in recovering your order.

- The business days are from Monday to Friday from 00:01am to 11:59pm. Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.
- In express shipping, if your order is placed before 12:00pm (noon) it will be shipped the same day, if your order is placed after the indicated time, it will be shipped until the next business day.
- The shipments depend on our courier providers, who in some cases do not offer express shipping to all locations. If this is the case for your order, a member of our staff will contact you to notify you and give you the option to switch to regular shipping.

Yes, we have 10 days for changes. You have to submit a change request within no more than 10 days after the purchase to the email of customers@malandra.mx
