Once you complete the purchase process on our website, we will prepare your package for shipping, each of our accessories is packed and shipped with great care. We have the following shipping options available:
* Local Mty and metropolitan area - 1 to 2 business days - From $69mxn
* Standard shipping to all Mexico - 5 to 7 business days - $99 mxn
* Express shipping to all Mexico - 1 to 2 business days - $159mxn
* Local - pick up at Arboleda branch - 1 business day - at no cost
On purchases over $1,200mxn the regular national shipping is free. (*Subject to change without prior notice)
For international shipping, the cost and delivery time may vary depending on the location.
International shipments are made through UPS.
The shipping and gift wrapping prices are subject to change without prior notice, as they may vary according to the season.
In case your address is located in extended zone the delivery time may vary.
Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days, nor holidays.
Considerations
If your order includes a custom piece, the package will be shipped once all products are ready. If you need the rest of your merchandise sooner, it can be sent by paying an additional shipping fee. To request this, please contact us at WhatsApp 81 148 866 01 where we will be happy to assist you.
The business days considered by the courier are from Monday to Friday from 00:00hrs to 23:59hrs
For express shipping, if your order is placed before 12:00pm (noon) it will be shipped the same day, if your order is placed after this time it will be shipped the next business day.
The shipments depend on our courier providers, who in some cases do not offer express shipping to all locations. If this is the case for your order, a member of our staff will contact you to notify you and give you the option to switch to regular shipping.
The shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping company, you will be able to track the route of your package by checking the guide that we will send to your email.
Once the package is collected, the merchandise is the responsibility of the shipping provider. If you have questions about the trajectory of your package, you should contact them.
